Presentail is looking for a Chat Support Specialist to join our Achrafieh office.
Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers through live chat to answer inquiries, provide information, troubleshoot issues, and resolve complaints Assist customers with orders, tracking shipments, payment processing, and product recommendations Utilize company resources to accurately and efficiently address customer needs Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with customers Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and effective customer support
Requirements:
Proven experience in customer service or support role Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Proficiency in using chat support tools and software Familiarity with e-commerce platforms is a plus
