Job Description

Responsibilities:-         Process purchases accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system, including cash, credit cards, and other payment methods.-         Greet customers warmly, answer their questions, and provide assistance with their inquiries or special requests.-         Handle orders placed in person or through phone calls, ensuring accurate input of details and timely processing.-         Maintain accurate records of daily transactions, reconcile cash drawers, and generate sales reports as required.-         Be familiar with Al Sultan Sweets’ product offerings to assist customers with their choices and answer questions confidently.-         Address customer concerns professionally and escalate unresolved issues to the supervisor or manager when necessary.-         Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier area to reflect the brand’s high standards.-         Work closely with sales staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.-         Apply special offers or discounts as instructed and communicate promotional details to customers.-         Answer calls promptly and courteously, taking phone orders and providing accurate information about products and services.
