About the job Call Center Agent for Digital Ads (TikTok, Meta, Google & Snapchat)
Our client in the digital advertising industry in Lebanon is seeking a Call Center Agent to play a key role in identifying and reaching out to potential clients and agencies. The primary responsibility will be to research and gather key contact information, qualify leads, and hand them over to the sales team for follow-up on a range of digital advertising solutions, including platforms such as Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, and Google.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to identify potential clients and gather relevant contact information.
- Monitor and research potential leads across a variety of industries.
- Maintain an up-to-date lead database for the sales team.
- Qualify leads based on business needs and schedule follow-up actions.
- Provide basic information about digital advertising solutions to prospects.
- Work closely with the sales team to enhance lead conversion rates.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree is an advantage.
- Prior experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred.
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with digital marketing solutions or online advertising.
- Strong communication, research, and lead-generation skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., CRM software, MS Office).
- Capability to monitor and collect potential client leads for platforms like Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, and Google.
- Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or lead generation is a plus.
- Ability to meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude, patience, and empathy when dealing with customers.
