Business Enablement Manager



Fresh - Lebanon - Metn, Metn We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Business Enablement Manager to oversee and lead multiple critical teams that support our replenishment, invoice control, and stock audit functions across Lebanon and Iraq. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth operations, accurate inventory management, effective supplier relations, and timely order processing for Toters Fresh, our online grocery business. As a Business Enablement Manager, you will be managing a team of Demand Planners , Invoice Controllers , and Stock Auditors across both countries, ensuring operational efficiency and consistency in meeting business and customer requirements. You will work closely with various internal teams, including Commercial and Operations, to optimize inventory levels, manage supplier performance, and mitigate issues such as out-of-stock scenarios, stock discrepancies, and invoice discrepancies. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the Stock Audit team, ensuring accurate and consistent physical counts of inventory across all warehouses. Ensure weekly , monthly , and yearly stock audits are conducted as per the agreed schedule, with proper documentation of results and discrepancies. Lead root cause analysis for any inventory discrepancies and develop corrective actions to reduce errors and improve accuracy in inventory management. Work with the Operations team to improve the accuracy of stock reporting and stock control processes. Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure smooth order processing, timely deliveries, and effective issue resolution. Track supplier performance against service levels, delivery timelines, and product quality, providing feedback and escalating issues as needed. Work with suppliers to negotiate delivery schedules, discounts, and product availability, ensuring that the company’s needs are met efficiently.Key Requirements:
At least 5-7 years of experience in supply chain management, demand planning, or inventory control, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role .Experience managing remote teams in multiple locations (Lebanon and Iraq preferred). Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field. Strong understanding of inventory management , demand planning , and supplier relations in a retail or e-commerce context. Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate insights from data and create actionable plans. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and other stakeholders. Proven leadership ability and experience in managing cross-functional teams.Location
