Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team. The primary focus of this role is to identify and acquire new clients for our company through effective prospecting and engagement strategies. This position is ideal for a proactive and organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced, sales-oriented environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct cold calling and other outreach activities to convert potential clients.
  • Build and maintain a robust database of prospects and leads.
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to engage prospects.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage client interactions, track sales activities, and maintain accurate records.
  • Nurture relationships with prospects to transition them into long-term clients.


Skills

Essential Skills:

  • Proven experience in phone sales, cold calling, and database management.
  • Strong sales orientation with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and email marketing platforms.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English (spoken and written).
  • Highly proactive and self-motivated with a "go-getter" attitude.

Preferred Skills:

  • Additional fluency in a European language such as Italian, Polish, or Spanish.
  • College degree.
