What Your Day Will Look Like:


  • Inbound Lead Management: Effectively manage and respond to inbound leads through various channels, including email, chat, and phone.
  • Lead Qualification: Engage with leads to understand their needs, assess their fit with our solutions, and qualify them as potential sales opportunities.
  • Product Knowledge: Gain a deep understanding of our SaaS products and effectively communicate their value to potential clients.
  • Lead Nurturing: Provide tailored information and resources to educate leads about our offerings and move them through the sales funnel
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead records in CRM systems, ensuring that all lead interactions and progress are well-documented.
  • Handover: Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads into the sales pipeline.
  • Reporting: Generate and analyze reports on lead conversion rates and provide insights for process improvements
