Job Description

  • Lead the analysis and documentation of business requirements for web applications and AI-driven solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs, define project goals, and identify opportunities for AI and web technology integration.
  • Develop detailed functional specifications, user stories, and process maps to guide development teams and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Analyze data and trends to inform the development of AI models and web application features, ensuring they meet user needs and business goals.
  • Work closely with UX/UI designers and developers to ensure the seamless integration of web and AI technologies.
  • Support the implementation and deployment of solutions, including the development of training materials and user guides.
  • Stay updated with advancements in web technologies and AI, applying best practices and innovative solutions to improve project outcomes.

Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on web applications and AI projects.
  • Proven experience in gathering and documenting requirements for web-based and AI solutions.
  • Strong understanding of web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and AI/ML concepts and applications.
  • Experience with business analysis tools and methodologies, including process Modeling and data analysis.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and software development life cycles.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business needs into actionable solutions.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
