Job Description

  • Promote and sell Hyaluronic Acid fillers, Botulinum Toxin, and other products to doctors and clinics.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors and beauty clinics.
  • Address client needs and complaints professionally and promptly.
  • Develop and implement business plans to expand the customer base and strengthen market presence.
  • Organize and participate in workshops, seminars, and conferences to educate medical aesthetic professionals and drive sales.
  • Identify and lead direct-to-consumer (DTC) marketing initiatives through social media and other campaigns.
  • Conduct market forecasting based on trends and seasonality.
  • Manage partnerships and business relationships.
  • Conduct joint visits with team members.
  • Set and monitor sales targets, adjusting as needed.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts.
  • Share detailed sales, revenue, and expense reports with management.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Identify emerging aesthetic trends and new product opportunities.
  • Assign sales quotas and territories.
  • Coach, mentor, and provide constructive feedback to the team.
  • Foster a competitive yet supportive team culture.
  • Lead and coordinate sales efforts at local and regional levels.
  • Supervise and guide the sales team’s performance.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Medicine, Biology, Science, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the healthcare or beauty industry.
  • Experience with aesthetic products (Injectables) is mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of beauty products and practices (experience with fillers and Botox).
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
  • Detail-oriented and meticulous.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset and team-oriented approach.
  • Ethical, ambitious, and hardworking.
  • Presentable and self-confident.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; CRM & IMS experience is a plus.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English; French is a plus.
