A Reputable Company located in Beirut is seeking to recruit a Branch Manager.
Main Duties:
Direct all operational aspects including distribution operations, customer service, administration and sales.
Conduct weekly store evaluations with department supervisors to determine any action necessary to maintain and elevate store standards, setting goals and objectives to be reviewed during store evaluations.
Increasing branch revenues and client base by initiating and coordinating development of action plans to penetrate new markets and look for new projects (Pumps and Gensets).
Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
Develop forecasts, financial objectives and business plans.
Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities.
Share knowledge with other branches and headquarters on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities and needs.
Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly.
Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company.
Stay abreast of competing markets and provide reports on market movement and penetration.
Bring out the best of branch’s personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation.
Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market RTM. New business Opportunities should be based on preliminary market survey which should be sent to top Management for discussion and Approval.
Evaluate regularly the effectiveness of the branch operation, to see that policies are being observed and that goals are being attained.
