Job Description

Responsibilities:Leads and supervises a team of floor staff (Cashiers, Operator, sales, stewards...)Provide direction and guidance to associates to ensure efficient and effective: Floor operations and Customer service.Performs daily store activities such as opening and closing procedures which includes monitoring attendance, activating security system, receiving goods from factory, insuring the good display of products and applying FIFO…Manages different departments within the store Ensures pricing is accurate Ensures internal policy is appliedEnsures standards for quality, customer service, health and safety are met.Sending daily/weekly reports to the HR.Handles customer questions, complaints and issues.

Qualifications:Demonstrates excellent leadership skillsPays close attention to detailMinimum of 5-7 years' experience as a Floor Supervisor / branch ManagerTeam playerCommunicate clearly and effectivelyDemonstrates strong interpersonal skillsManages time efficientlyDemonstrates solid problem-solving skills.
