-         Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, following the company’s recipes and standards.-         Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide recommendations based on their preferences.-          Ensure all beverages are presented in an appealing and professional manner.-         Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other beverage equipment efficiently.-         Maintain cleanliness and organization of the beverage preparation area, adhering to health and safety regulations.-         Monitor stock levels of ingredients and supplies, reporting shortages to the supervisor for timely restocking.-         Promote additional products, such as pastries or specials, to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.-         Confirm and deliver orders promptly and correctly to customers.-         Address customer concerns or issues related to beverages professionally and escalate as needed.-         Work closely with the service team to ensure smooth and efficient operations during busy periods.
