Job Description

The Architect Designer plays a critical role in shaping the built environment by creating innovative and functional designs that meet client needs and adhere to regulatory standards. This position requires a blend of creativity, technical knowledge, and project management skills to deliver high-quality architectural solutions. The Architect Designer will collaborate with clients, engineers, and construction teams to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget, while also maintaining a focus on sustainability and aesthetic appeal.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and present architectural designs and concepts to clients.
  2. Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to inform design decisions.
  3. Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
  4. Collaborate with engineers and other professionals to integrate systems and materials.
  5. Oversee the construction process to ensure compliance with design specifications.
  6. Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and sustainability practices.
  8. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues.
  9. Engage with clients throughout the project lifecycle to ensure satisfaction.
  10. Mentor junior designers and provide guidance on best practices.
