NexoBridge is a consulting and business process outsourcing (BPO) company located in Mansourieh. We specialize in providing customized Customer Relationship Management (CRM) consulting solutions and services to businesses of all sizes. With a deep understanding of the call center industry, we offer professional and expertise-driven support to small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs).


Role Description


This is a full-time on-site role for an Appointment Setter at NexoBridge. As an Appointment Setter, your main responsibility will be to set appointments for our clients. This includes scheduling appointments, generating leads, and providing exceptional customer service. Your role will be crucial in maintaining our high-quality customer care standards and streamlining our operations.


Salaries: Between 600 to 1000$ depending on the experience


Working hours are, and depending on which market you will be working on:

  • 11:00 AM till 7:00 PM for the UK Market;
  • 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM for the GCC Market.



The Job is located in Mansourieh, Mkalles.

Qualifications


  • Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively communicate with customers
  • Experience in setting appointments and appointment scheduling
  • Proven track record in lead generation
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to provide excellent customer support
  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other departments
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Experience in the call center industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
  • Proficiency in English is a MUST if you are working with the UK Market
