Job Summary:
The After-Sales Specialist will be responsible for providing excellent customer support after the sale of vehicles, handling customer inquiries, coordinating maintenance services, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. This role requires effective communication, problem-solving skills, and a strong understanding of automotive products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with post-purchase inquiries and service needs.
- Coordinate and schedule maintenance and repair services.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer requests.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.
- Maintain customer service records and feedback.
- Liaise with service and parts departments to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Provide customers with information on warranties and service packages.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and promoting additional services.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in after-sales or customer service, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Knowledge of automotive products and services.
- Fluency in English.
