After-Sales Electrician, Concrete Pumps – Beirut, Lebanon
Job Summary: The After-Sales Electrician ensures the functionality, safety, and reliability of electrical components for concrete pumps. This role focuses on diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining equipment while delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and maintaining comprehensive service records.

Reporting to: After-Sales Manager
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Electrical Repairs and Maintenance • Assemble, disassemble, and repair remote controls and main control panels for concrete pumps.
• Diagnose electrical malfunctions and determine root causes using systematic troubleshooting methods.
• Conduct quality checks and testing to ensure operational efficiency and safety compliance.
Troubleshooting and Diagnostics
• Identify and resolve issues in hydraulic and electrical systems of concrete pumps.
• Repair and service HBC and HETRONIC remote controls.
• Troubleshoot and repair main electrical boards for Putzmeister and Schwing concrete pumps.
Testing and Verification
• Test electrical circuits, control panels, and boards to verify functionality.
• Analyze technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and schematics to assist in troubleshooting and repairs.
Parts Management
• Use catalogs and other resources to accurately identify parts for repairs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to order, track, and manage repair components.
Client Support
• Engage with clients to understand their technical issues and provide professional after-sales service.
• Maintain clear and timely communication with customers to resolve concerns and enhance satisfaction.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in after-sales electrical service, preferably in the concrete or heavy equipment industry.
• Proficient in diagnosing and repairing hydraulic and electrical systems.
• Expertise in interpreting technical diagrams, wiring schematics, and troubleshooting manuals.
• Hands-on experience with HBC and HETRONIC remote controls and main electrical boards for Putzmeister and Schwing concrete pumps.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to safety standards and client satisfaction.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of collaborating with local and international teams.
