Job Description
OneHealth is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our executive team and contribute to the success of our interdisciplinary projects. In this dynamic role, you will manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and handle administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our remote office. Additionally, you will create content for websites and social media, draft contracts, assist with recruitment efforts, and oversee vendor coordination. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with engineers, developers, and healthcare professionals, playing a critical role in advancing our mission to develop innovative health solutions. Qualifications
Experience:
- 2+ years in an executive assistant or similar role, preferably within startups.
- Experience managing social media accounts, drafting contracts, and working with task management tools (ClickUp/Asana) and financial platforms (QuickBooks/Xero).
Skills & Expertise:
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (C1 preferred).
- Strong copywriting, SEO, and social media advertising experience.
- General understanding of HR, Finance, Programming (Front-End/Back-End), Branding, UX/UI, Marketing, and Sales.
- Basic knowledge of healthcare systems or medical specialties.
Location & Commitment:
- Based in Europe, South America, or MENA region.
- 12-month commitment.
- Part-time or Full-time

- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and adaptable.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and handle sensitive information.
