Job Description

  • Work on Stock & Accounting software BIT
  • Issue Invoices, Delivery Orders and Receipts
  • Receive orders from Clients and Sales department and Issue Invoices & Receipts
  • Petti Cash box control
  • Assist with monthly closings procedures. (Salaries & Payables)
  • Assist with tax computations & returns.
  • Assist with NSSF declarations
  • Assist in Bank Reconciliations
  • Prepare accurate reports on all the financial closing statements of the company.
  • Follow standard business and finance protocols to disclose the organization's financial reports regularly.

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree holder with a proven track record of academic or work experience in the Finance sector.
  • Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in partnership management and inter-department coordination.
