Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Works Manager to oversee our fabrication operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pressure vessel manufacturing, heat exchangers, and structural fabrication, with experience in ASME and ANSI vessel/piping codes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement systems to enhance production efficiency and quality.
  • Lead and mentor the production team, ensuring safety and motivation.
  • Oversee manufacturing processes, including HDG & machining activities.
  • Manage production schedules, procurement, and subcontractor coordination.
  • Ensure adherence to ISO and ASME standards.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, training, and development initiatives.
  • Optimize resource utilization while maintaining cost-effectiveness.

Skills

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering with 15+ years of experience in fabrication industries.
  • Strong expertise in pressure vessels, heat exchangers, and structural fabrication.
  • In-depth knowledge of ASME & ANSI codes.
  • Proven leadership, process management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
