Job Description
This position is responsible for testing, designing, and implementing new Voice and Collaboration services and passing on the responsibility to the production team. Ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of various information and information processing facilities under the scope of the department. Provide support to ensure the health of operational services, networks, devices, and components.
Responsibilities
- Managing Class 4 and Class 5 core systems and their devices.
- Providing 1st to 2nd level of support for voice services.
- Planning and provisioning of customer services under their domain.
- Managing core voice network (gateways, remote locations).
- Attending tickets, escalations, and on-call cases raised for In-house collaboration systems, core systems, and customer escalations.
- Managing in-house voice system and network in Kuwait and remote branches.
- Monitoring KPIs and carrying out root cause analysis.
- Managing and deploying hardware equipment in Data Centers.
- Recommend upgrades and enhancements of core systems, PBXs, and PSTN links.
- Managing ISP Voice CDR and billing system.
- Working on voice automation.

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, computer engineering, or any related fields
