Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content exclusively for social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Storytelling: Develop compelling narratives that align with the brand’s voice and resonate with the target audience through video content.
• Pre-production Planning: Handle all aspects of pre-production, including concept development, scriptwriting, shot lists, and storyboarding to ensure efficient and effective video shoots.
• Technical Expertise: Operate and maintain video equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio devices, to produce content at the highest production standards.
• Post-production: Edit footage, add effects, color correct, and optimize videos specifically for social media platforms.
• Social Media Management: Oversee the day-to-day management of social media accounts, including posting, scheduling, and monitoring video content.
• Engagement & Community Management: Actively interact with followers, respond to comments and messages, and engage with the online community to foster a positive and active social media presence.
• Analytics: Monitor and analyze the performance of video content, utilizing insights to refine and enhance content strategies for better engagement and reach.
• Social Media Savvy: Stay current with social media trends, platform algorithms, and best practices to ensure content remains relevant and engaging.
• Project Management: Manage multiple content projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and projects are delivered on time.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including marketing, design, and communications, to ensure content aligns with the overall brand strategy.

Qualifications:

• Extensive Experience: 5+ years of experience in videography, with a strong focus on creating content exclusively for social media platforms.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects), with substantial experience in camera operation and lighting techniques.
• Social Media Expertise: Demonstrated experience in managing and growing social media accounts, particularly with video content.
• Portfolio: A robust portfolio showcasing a range of high-quality social media video content and proven results in driving engagement.
• Creativity: Exceptional eye for detail, composition, and storytelling through video.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with team members.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and quickly adapt to changing project requirements.
