About the role

As a Transformation Analyst reporting to the Chief Transformation Officer (CTO), you will be pivotal in driving transformation initiatives across multiple business functions. Your responsibilities will include gathering and analysing data to identify opportunities for improvement, supporting large-scale transformation projects, and enhancing performance. You will collaborate with senior leadership and key stakeholders to ensure that data-driven insights and strategic recommendations are effectively integrated, contributing to the success of organisational change efforts. This role is essential to a growing business within the AEC sector, where you will help deliver transformative outcomes using your analytical and project management skills.

Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Conduct data mining and statistical analysis to identify trends and improvement opportunities across departments.
  • Design reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Utilise tools such as Power BI or Excel to visualise data in a clear, impactful manner to support decision-making.
  • Ensure accurate reporting by monitoring data quality and eliminating irrelevant data.

Strategic & Organisational Analysis

  • Analyse business processes, organisational structures, and performance management systems to identify areas for strategic transformation.
  • Collaborate with senior management to define business objectives and help shape the transformation strategy.
  • Provide recommendations to improve operational efficiency, employee engagement, and profitability.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

  • Build and maintain relationships with business stakeholders across teams to align on transformation goals.
  • Communicate complex analysis and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing insights to enhance business performance.

Project Management & Delivery

  • Lead key workstreams within large-scale transformation projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Apply project management techniques to manage timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring successful execution.
  • Oversee the timely delivery of transformation initiatives, maintaining focus on strategic outcomes.

Performance Improvement & Change Management

  • Support the implementation of performance management frameworks that align with strategic goals.
  • Assist in managing change processes to ensure smooth transitions across teams.
  • Track the success of transformation projects and recommend improvements to optimise results.

Required Experience

  • 3+ years in transformation, consulting, or 5+ years in data analysis, ideally within a project-based or multidisciplinary environment.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale transformation projects, with a focus on data analysis, organisational effectiveness, and performance. improvements.
  • Strong background in business process optimisation, organisational design, and performance management systems.
  • Proficiency with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience in the GCC (Kuwait, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia) preferred, with knowledge of local business practices and regulations.

Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Analytics, or a related field (Master’s or MBA is a plus).
  • Certifications in change management, project management, business transformation, or data analysis are desirable (e.g., Prosci, Six Sigma, PMP).
