Job Description

The Tele Sales - Customer Service Representative role in Kuwait is an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to thrive in the dynamic field of customer service and sales. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for engaging with clients, addressing their inquiries, and promoting our accounting services. Responsibilities:

  1. Engage with potential and existing customers through phone calls to promote accounting services.
  2. Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding services offered.
  3. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  4. Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
  5. Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for customer engagement.
  6. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  7. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  8. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
  10. Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
