Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Defining project objectives, project scope, roles & responsibilities
  • Defining resource requirements and managing resource availability & allocation – both internal and third party
  • Outlining a budget based on requirements and tracking costs to deliver project on budget
  • Preparing a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, workstreams & activities
  • Managing delivery of the project according to this plan
  • Tracking project and providing regular reports on project status to project team and key stakeholders
  • Managing and adjusting for any changes in project scope, schedule and / or budget.
  • Identifying and mitigating potential risks
  • Managing the relationship and communication with the client and all stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered to their satisfaction
  • Attend all Site meetings and progress meetings
  • Responsible for safety and security awareness of personnel
  • Responsible for Survey, planning, engineering design, supply of equipment, installation, testing, commissioning, and handing over of Sites /Services
  • Responsible for supervision of receipt of all equipment and material for the Services, transportation, and handling thereafter to their place of installation in the Services
  • Responsible for administrating end to end LTE network solution involving Ericsson and other supporting systems
  • Observe, verify, and analyze all technical issues related to LTE System and provide recommendations and solution to enhance network performance
  • Customer Issue handling
  • Software Update Management (SUM) handling of all LTE network elements
  • Preventive & Corrective Maintenance including planned Maintenance (Health Checks, Backups etc.)
  • Prepare Daily/Weekly/Monthly maintenance and technical reports indicating LTE System performance
  • Performance Analysis & Investigation
  • Ensure smooth and quality system/service handover from Project
  • Troubleshooting/Fault finding/RCA in configuration/hardware/software
  • Review and maintain design documents (LLD and HLD)
  • Must have Supervisory capability to direct the operation & maintenance activities
  • Must be capable of planning work at Site and preparing maintenance records, reports and presentations
