Job Summary: a crucial role in aligning the company's future strategies with its current business model. This role requires a deep understanding of market trends, comprehensive market research skills, and the ability to report on the company's strategic action plans. The analyst will also be responsible for monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), maintaining reporting mechanisms, and providing detailed performance reports to upper management and the Board of Directors (BOD).
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategy Enhancement and Reporting
· Develop and maintain the company's enhancement strategy.
· Report on the strategic action plan to ensure alignment with business objectives.
· Conduct regular market research to identify new business opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
2. KPI Monitoring and Mechanism Maintenance
· Monitor and evaluate KPIs to measure the effectiveness of strategic initiatives.
· Maintain and update mechanisms for tracking and recording KPIs on a monthly basis.
· Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations to enhance performance.
3. Reporting and Analysis
· Prepare and present dashboards for upper management, detailing company performance and strategic progress.
· Compile comprehensive performance reports for the BOD, including analysis and insights.
· Ensure all reports are accurate, timely, and aligned with the company’s strategic goals.
4. Market Research and Competitive Analysis
· Conduct in-depth market research to stay informed of industry trends and competitor activities.
· Analyze market data to identify potential threats and opportunities.
· Provide actionable insights based on research findings to support strategic planning.
5. Stakeholder Communication and Collaboration
· Collaborate with various departments to gather data and insights for strategic reporting.
· Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for strategic initiatives.
· Facilitate meetings and presentations to discuss strategic progress and performance outcomes.
Candidate Profile:
· Bachelor’s/ Masters degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
· Requirement open for all nationals
· Proven 7 years+ experience in strategy development, market research, and performance analysis
· Familiarity with financial modeling and forecasting techniques
· Project management experience
· Experience in the real estate or construction industry.
· Knowledge of advanced data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
