Job Description

Challenging opportunity as a Strategic Business Analyst who will be instrumental in supporting the management of company performance, strategic planning, and operational efficiency. The role should be skilled at both qualitative and quantitative analysis, with a keen insight into business processes and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the analysis and formulation of strategic initiatives by gathering data, conducting analyses, and presenting findings.
  • Collaborate with the Strategy & Business Insights Manager to refine and implement the company's strategic goals.
  • Support the development and monitoring of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for various departments.
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collect and analyze both financial and non-financial data to support strategic decision-making.
  • Support the development and improvements of departmental dashboards in collaboration with Information Capital team.
  • Develop regular reports on company performance, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and support the arrangements of reports distribution and presentation.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic planning and market positioning.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide insights on potential strategic moves.
  • Provide analytical support for strategic projects, ensuring alignment with the company's objectives and performance goals.
  • Contribute to cross-functional project teams, offering insights and analysis to guide project direction.


Qualifications and skills required:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis, strategic planning, or a related field, preferably within the Hospitality or F&B sector.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, or related fields is required.
  • Advanced degrees or certifications in business analysis or project management are a plus.
  • Proficient in the use of data analytics tools and software, such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or similar.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in an understandable manner.
