AJRE is committed to the pursuit of excellence and will continue evaluating ways to strengthen policies and practices to promote the interests of shareholders, partners, and employees.Job Description• Monitor and maintain current inventory levels, creating accurate monthly reports.• Coordinate with the procurement team for purchase orders, stock transfers, and deliveries.•  Confirm the Received stock is matching with the ordered.• Keep detailed records of all inventory transactions and movements, including pricing, purchases and movements among warehouses and locations.• Perform regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.• Updating stock information on the computer system• Implementing and developing inventory control procedures and practices. • Perform a daily compilation of the existing stock and raise stock discrepancies.• Will need to support in inventory entry process interchangeably.Qualifications•  A degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)•  Minimum 3 years of experience in inventory management or related role•   Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., NetSuite, Fishbowl, Zoho Inventory)•  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities•  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines•  Inventory control strategy and best practices•  Data analysis and reporting•  Attention to detail and organizational skills• Negotiation and vendor management•   Inventory management software (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365, NetSuite, etc ..)•  Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, word, etc..).Additional InformationThe successful candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing our inventory management processes and ensuring efficient operations.We are looking for a passionate, dedicated chef ready to take on a leadership role in an exciting and dynamic environment.
