Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Stock Controller at Bleach Cleaning Services. The Stock Controller will be responsible for stock control, stock management, inventory control, and utilizing analytical skills to ensure efficient stock management and communication within the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory Management

• Monitor stock levels and update records accurately.
• Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
• Maintain optimum stock levels to avoid overstocking or stockouts.

• Procurement Coordination

• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Place and track orders based on inventory requirements.
• Negotiate pricing and delivery terms with suppliers.

• Data Analysis and Reporting

• Use inventory management systems to track stock movements.
• Generate and analyze inventory reports to identify trends or inefficiencies.
• Provide insights to management on stock performance.

• Quality Control

• Inspect incoming stock for quality and conformity to specifications.
• Ensure proper storage conditions to maintain stock quality.

• Coordination and Communication

• Liaise with warehouse teams for stock organization and movement.
• Work with sales and production teams to forecast inventory needs.

• Compliance and Documentation

• Ensure all inventory operations comply with company policies and industry regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of stock transactions and adjustments.
