· To monitor all accommodations of the whole company.
· Ensures that the company policies pertaining to housing are strictly implemented.
· Ensures that the housing for the newly hired employees are properly coordinated with HR Department.
· Follow up maintenance work.
· Visits the accommodations from time to time to ensure that the cleanliness or residents and lightnings, electrical appliances are working properly.
· Updates list of staffs that live in the accommodation.
· Prepares report pertaining to the accommodation requirements including if their received the furniture.
. Liaise and coordinate with HR regarding accommodation and related aspects of on-boarding new employees and transitioning existing/terminating employees.
