Job Summary:
The Sr. Social Media Executive serves as an online/digital ambassador for our internal clients and their brands and will be expected to monitor media activity across a broad range of social media channels and cultivate and grow online relationships with customers ensuring customer service initiatives and inquiries are met in a timely manner.
Job Responsibilities:
Ensure coordination of all social media activities, and that customer review and comment responses are made within designated response times and are in accordance with each social media channel's engagement plan
Follow the pre-set Social Media guidelines in updating our different channels while ensuring proactivity on daily basis
Monitor on daily basis F&B brands and competitors’ social media pages and websites
Coordinate and perform the day to day activities relating to the different social media platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
Engage in conversations with our consumers to generate leads and content about us in the market
Prepare and monitor reports (on follower growth, engagement, etc...) with trends and emphasis on recommended future activities
Respond to all customer enquiries and complaints in a timely fashion
File all complaints and refer them to relevant parties, monitor progress and update customers
Candidate Requirements:
University degree
Passionate about social media and online trends
Strong ability to present ideas, concepts and workflows in a clear and engaging manner
Should possess creative writing and content skills
Good organizational and self-management skills under pressure
Fluency in spoken and written Arabic and English
Proactive in taking initiatives and staying updated with the latest technologies and social media trends
Basic knowledge of e-marketing and graphic design
