Develop, update, and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6/MS Project, inline with project scope and execution strategy of the project team.
Understand engineering drawings, technical specifications, and sequencing of activities, ensuring logical execution of tasks.
Define Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and assign activity codes in Primavera for different layouts and disciplines in line with the Budget WBS for EVM and other cost monitoring.
Establish and maintain activity sequencing and logic links in Primavera
Loading in Primavera for both labor and non-labor resources, ensuring optimal allocation and utilization. Also resource levelling in P6 if required.
Develop manpower and equipment deployment plans in coordination with project teams.
Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, S-curves, histograms, main material log and other reports required by clients.
Prepare and track variation orders (VO), and incorporation into the project schedule
EOT claims, acceleration schedules, and time impact analysis to support contractual obligations. Also analyze and prepare claims for project delays, disruptions, and unforeseen circumstances, providing necessary documentation and justifications.
Provide inputs for Earned Value Management (EVM)
Monitor project progress, identify critical delays, and raise early warning flags for potential risks impacting key milestones.
Identify potential project risks, including delays, resource shortages, and cost overruns.
Forecast project completion dates based on actual progress and anticipated risks, recommending mitigation strategies as required.
Develop Physical Measurement System (PMS) in Excel for tracking work completion and progress verification. Track project progress and update schedules to reflect actual performance.
Utilize advanced Excel formulas to analyze, automate, and visualize project data effectively.
Conduct schedule impact analysis due to design changes, procurement delays, or site constraints, ensuring corrective measures are taken.
Prepare project dashboards, progress reports, and presentations in PowerPoint (PPT) for internal and Client.
