We are seeking a creative and hands-on Special Projects Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of unique photobooth experiences. This role is integral to our mission of delivering high-quality, innovative, and immersive photobooth projects that embody the essence of our brand. The ideal candidate will take ownership of all project details ensuring each project is completed to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Coordination:
Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets for special photobooth initiatives.
Collaborate with designers, technicians, and vendors to source and create custom materials and components.
Coordinate logistics, including site preparation, permits, and transportation.
Creative Implementation:
Ensure photobooth designs and experiences align with the brand’s vision and identity.
Understand trends and the market and work with the team to develop strategies for new launches geared toward the highest customer satisfaction.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management:
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including mall management, event organizers, and corporate clients.
Negotiate contracts and oversee vendor performance to meet project goals.
Quality Assurance:
Conduct regular inspections to ensure all photobooth installations meet the company’s high standards of quality and design, and most of all, safety.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues during the setup and operational phases.
Team Leadership:
Lead cross-functional teams, assigning tasks and monitoring progress to meet deadlines.
Provide training and support to team members involved in project execution.
Budget & Resource Management:
Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
Monitor resource allocation, including materials, equipment, and personnel.
Skills
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in project management, event planning, or a related field, preferably within a creative or experiential industry. Knowledge of building materials is valuable.
