We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Spare Parts Service Manager with a strong background in electric generators. The successful candidate will oversee the management, procurement, and distribution of spare parts for electric generators, ensuring optimal inventory levels and high-quality customer service. This role is essential for maintaining efficient operations and timely support for our clients' equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the spare parts department for electric generators.
- Ensure timely procurement, storage, and distribution of spare parts.
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure the availability of parts for maintenance and repairs.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and track parts usage.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and manufacturers.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards for all parts.
- Provide technical support to customers regarding spare parts selection and usage.
- Analyze and forecast demand for parts to ensure stock availability.
- Manage the spare parts budget and optimize cost efficiency.
