Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
- Overseeing the daily operations of the spa, ensuring a seamless and luxurious guest experience.
- Leading, training, and motivating a team of spa professionals to deliver exceptional treatments and services.
- Managing spa revenue, budgets, and cost control to maximize profitability while maintaining premium quality.
- Developing innovative wellness programs and promotions to attract and retain guests.
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
- Collaborating with hotel leadership to integrate spa offerings into the overall guest experience.
What we need from you:
- International certification in spa, wellness, or beauty therapy.
- Previous experience working in a 5-star luxury spa environment.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing spa teams.
- Exceptional knowledge of spa treatments, therapies, and wellness trends.
- Ability to develop and execute business strategies to enhance spa performance.
- Excellent communication and guest service skills.
