Job Description

The Software Developer (Adobe Experience Manager) role is a vital position within our IT Services company in Kuwait. This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about developing and maintaining robust digital experiences using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in software development, particularly in web technologies, and a keen interest in enhancing user experiences through innovative solutions. As part of our dynamic team, you will contribute to various projects that aim to improve our clients' digital presence and streamline their content management processes.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement AEM solutions tailored to client specifications.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design effective solutions.
  3. Maintain and optimize existing AEM applications for performance and scalability.
  4. Conduct thorough testing and debugging of AEM components to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  5. Provide technical support and training to clients and team members on AEM functionalities.
  6. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in AEM and web development.
  7. Document development processes and create user manuals for AEM applications.
  8. Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards.
  9. Assist in the integration of AEM with other systems and platforms.
  10. Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.

Skills

  • 6-7 years of experience
  • Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) development.
  • Strong knowledge of Java, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and web services integration.
  • Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.
  • Understanding of front-end frameworks like React or Angular.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex software issues.
  • Knowledge of database management and SQL.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
