Job Description

Bamboo’s social team is growing and is looking for a candidate who can help our team build and optimize systems around social storytelling, calendar planning, and campaigns to augment our social growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality content

regarding the preschool that is informative, fun and in line with the company's brand. They will also be responsible for curating events (workshops, after school clubs) and coordinating with event providers.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Managing social media channels (curating, sourcing, designing, scheduling content)
  • Listening and engaging with the brand
  • All things events (curating, coordinating and organizing events)

Skills

Qualifications:

  • Must be female as per legal requirements of Kuwait Ministry of Social Affairs (22/2014)
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, graphic design or related field
  • Organized self-starter with exceptional multi-tasking skills
  • Knowledge around startups or small brands, and how to grow and develop audiences in digital spaces efficiently and effectively
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with design tools and software
  • Sense of curiosity and love for early childhood years
  • Digitally savvy and willing to learn new things
  • English (fluent or native), Arabic (fluent or native)
  • Candidate must be based in Kuwait
