Job Description

  • Manages "ONE" company account for social media (Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, Instagram).
  • Collaborate with the required professionals to generate up-to-date and captivating content on digital media.
  • "Develop, implement, and manage the company's social media strategy "
  • Evaluate the outcome of online campaigns through real-time metrics and relevant tools.
  • Understand visitor activities and plan upcoming social media campaigns to improve existing results.
  • Implement new SEO and social media trends in the organization's digital activities for continuous improvement.
  • Answer all inquiries through social media accounts.
  • Evaluate the monthly sales and propose a plan to increase them on a daily basis.
  • Engage with our online community.
  • Coordinate with the office team on marketing plan.



Skills

  • Proficient in analyzing Key Performance Indicators that define the effectiveness of social media campaigns.
  • Experience in social media content plan.
  • Familiarity with recent digital marketing trends and the best SEO practices.
  • Adept in publishing social media captions, articles, blogs, and other online resources.
  • Efficient in exchanging knowledge through written and informal discussions with colleagues and senior management.
  • An optimistic personality, ready to adapt to the organization's requirements for creating relevant promotional material.
  • Experience in photography & videography.
  • Excellent Adobe skills. Adobe Illustrator, photoshop, after Effect, design, Premiere Pro, and AI.
  • Smart and creative.
  • Preferably knows to speak the Kuwaiti language.
  • Strong content creation skills.
  • Excellent communication and marketing abilities.
