Job Description

  • Website User Experience (UX) Optimization
  • Analyze user behavior and do A/B test to optimize website layout, navigation, and product pages.
  • Ensure website responsiveness on various devices (desktop, mobile, tablet).
  • Website Speed Optimization
  • Monitor website performance metrics like page load time and bounce rate.
  • Work with developers to identify and address factors that slows loading speed.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
  • Analyze conversion funnels and identify areas for improvement, cross selling/ upselling...
  • Implement clear calls to action, product recommendations, and others to increase conversion rates.
  • Content Management & Curation
  • Maintain high-quality and correct product descriptions and engaging content throughout website.
  • Ensure product images are high-resolution and showcase products effectively.
  • Order Management & Inventory Control
  • Coordinate with warehouse to ensure accurate order processing, inventory management & availability.
  • Oversee systems for order tracking and communication with customers regarding order updates.
  • A/B Testing & Data Analysis
  • Run A/B tests on different website elements (e.g., CTA button placement, product image size...).
  • Analyze website traffic data using analytics tools to understand user behavior.
  • Staying Updated with E-com Trends
  • Learn new trends in website design, user experience, and best practices in e-com growth.
  • Implement relevant trends to optimize the website for customer engagement and sales growth.
