Job Description

  • Provide exceptional customer service and expert advice on plants and gardening products.
  • Assist with inventory management, restocking, and visual merchandising.
  • Meet sales targets by effectively upselling and cross-selling products.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom.
  • Support new staff and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Skills

  • Bachelor degree in Agricultural engineering.
  • 2+ years of retail sales experience, preferably in agriculture.
  • Strong plant knowledge and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
