Job at this level is responsible for the overall running of the showroom and its results. A strong managerial and operational skill is a must in order to lead his team to achieving the organizational objectives. The Showroom Manager will report to General Sales Manager
• Forecast sales targets for his showroom on a monthly basis
• Track results daily to determine effectiveness and percentage of achieved forecast via the daily operating control/s
• Hold daily meetings with team to determine: Deal status, salesperson performance with face-to-face enquiries and telephone enquiries, direct follow-up practices, direction on coaching/training requirements, trade-in and reconditioning status
• Counsel and appraise team monthly
• Manage and direct all sales administration as necessary
• Help sales team to close sales by meeting every customer that is not ready to close
• Set quantitative and qualitative goals and objectives for sales team on a monthly basis
• Set goals and objectives to achieve desired customer satisfaction levels. The measurements for these goals are to be based upon CSI reports.
• Maintain knowledge on all aspects affecting the sales and marketing of vehicles. (E.g. Market trends, vehicle prices new & used, competitors' promotions, etc.) And pass it on to sales team.
• Coach motivator and leads by example. Strong in attention to details and able to achieve organizational targets and objectives.
• Bachelor's degree
• 5 years experience required in similar field
• Good communication skills (English and Arabic)
• Good in using Microsoft Office Application including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Internet Explorer
• Strong background in sales / sales administration / general administration / marketing from a related industry
• Strong management / team leading skills
• Well organized, presentable
• Capable of working with minimum supervision
• Ambitious, “can-do” attitude
