Our client is a global multinational dental equipment and consumable manufacturer and producer. They are looking to grow their team and have launched the role of Senior Territory Sales Representative in Kuwait. The role reports to the Commercial Leader and is responsible for the whole region in terms of territory.

Description
To generate demand for the company's products, to be closed either by approved distributors/or direct sales where appropriateTo be the customer's expert on the company's focus productsTo coordinate and conduct sales meetings and product training for customers including training and vendor days with dealers & telesales teamsTo effectively and professionally present to groups of dental care professionals, including dental student and postgraduate education departmentsDevelop and maintain good relationships with key personnel including all relevant sales and market personnelComply with all corporate governance requirements and regulatory requirementsWork with the Clinical Educators in regards KOL meetings/presentationsAssist in the training and coaching of new sales colleaguesMaintain and update the CRM (customer database)Collaborate on marketing programmes by monitoring and providing accurate tracking, reporting and follow up to ensure a consistent and professional marketing campaignBe able to articulate business as well as clinical benefits of the productsProfessionally manage and process customer complaints in accordance with the company's procedures


Profile

The successful candidate for this role:
Education: A dentist, should have at least 3-4 years of dental sales experience in Kuwait; if not, a dentist candidate needs to have strong dental sales experience in KuwaitExcellent communication skillsStrong network of distributors and direct sales to key decision-makersThe candidate needs to have a car and a valid driving license.Ability to work independently and manage stress
