About the job:


An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Sales Manager role to join the Sales team at Jumeirah Messilah Beach Hotel & Spa, Kuwait.


Your main duties will include:


  • Sales Strategy & Planning: Support sales planning, strategy, and execution to align with SBU objectives, ensuring all market segments are covered.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, government entities, and key stakeholders to enhance the hotel’s reputation and business opportunities.
  • Performance & Compliance: Monitor team performance, ensure adherence to sales plans, and implement systems, policies, and procedures for effective selling.
  • Market & Revenue Growth: Identify new business sources, manage assigned accounts, research market trends, and adjust strategies to optimize revenue.
  • Brand Representation: Represent the hotel at trade fairs, roadshows, and events, promoting entrepreneurial selling and reinforcing the brand message.
  • Operational & Strategic Support: Oversee POP activities, assist in rate structure discussions, and execute strategic changes to meet revenue targets.

About you:


  • At least 2 years in a senior sales role (essential)
  • Minimum 3 years regional / GCC experience 
  • Experience in 5* luxury hotels.
  • Strong relationship within the corporate segment in Kuwait
  • Experience with Data analysis and interpretation
