Senior Field Service Technician

We have an opportunity for a Senior Field Service Technician to join us at Honeywell inKuwait.


As a Senior Field Service Technician here at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional technical support and service to our customers in Kuwait. You will be accountable for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining our products and systems, ensuring their optimal performance. Your expertise and dedication will contribute to the overall customer satisfaction and success of our field service operations.

You will report directly to our Field Service Manager and you'll work out of our Kuwait City location on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our field service operations, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of support and service.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

•   Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues with Honeywell products and systems
•   Perform repairs and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance
•   Provide technical support and guidance to customers and field service technicians
•   Work with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives
•   Maintain accurate documentation of service activities and customer interactions



YOU MUST HAVE

•Minimum of 5 years of experience in field service or technical support roles
•Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
•Excellent communication and people-oriented skills
•Ability to work independently and in a team environment
