Key Responsibilities
• Client Communication & Sales:
• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries via WhatsApp, email, and phone.
• Follow up with potential clients, explain services, and encourage bookings.
• Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate with the coach’s calendar.
• Assist in onboarding new clients and ensuring they feel welcomed and supported.
• Administrative Support:
• Maintain organized client records and databases.
• Handle invoices, payments, and basic financial tracking.
• Provide general administrative support as needed.
• Marketing & Outreach:
• Engage with social media inquiries and assist in promotional efforts.
• Suggest creative ways to enhance client engagement and retention.
• Assist in organizing workshops or events when necessary.
