Key Responsibilities:
- Foster a culture of respect and responsibility through proactive behavior and attendance policies
- Serve as a mentor, providing guidance and support to help students navigate challenges
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support students’ academic and social development
- Oversee programs that promote student engagement, community involvement, and personal development
- Lead initiatives to create a safe, inclusive school environment where all students feel valued
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field
- Experience in student support, counseling, or a similar role in a secondary school setting
- Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills, with a focus on student well-being and commitment to student advocacy
