Job Description

The SAP C4C Manager plays a pivotal role in the automotive dealership and distribution sector, focusing on enhancing customer relationship management (CRM) through effective use of SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) solutions. This position requires a blend of technical expertise and strategic vision to drive CRM initiatives that improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess SAP certification and relevant CRM experience, ensuring they can lead projects that align with the company's goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP C4C solutions to meet business requirements.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business needs and translate them into technical specifications.
  3. Provide ongoing support and training to end-users to maximize the utilization of SAP C4C functionalities.
  4. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation of the CRM platform.
  5. Develop and maintain documentation for system processes, configurations, and user guides.
  6. Stay updated on SAP C4C enhancements and industry best practices to recommend improvements.
  7. Manage relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
  8. Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies.
  9. Facilitate workshops and training sessions for staff on CRM best practices.
  10. Assist in the development of strategic plans for CRM initiatives that support business growth.
