Job Description

As a Salesperson at Spaces & Concepts, you will engage with customers in our showroom to understand their needs and preferences regarding furniture and lighting products. You will provide expert advice, assist with project requirements, and foster relationships to encourage repeat business.


  • Engage with customers in the showroom to understand their needs and preferences regarding furniture and lighting products.
  • Provide expert advice and recommendations to customers, highlighting the benefits and features of various products.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to foster repeat business.
  • Assist customers with project requirements, delivery timelines, and budget considerations.
  • Collect customer information, including names and phone numbers, and inquire about follow-ups or new product updates.
  • Schedule showroom visits, send product catalogs, and close sales over the phone when applicable.
  • Handle customer inquiries and objections regarding pricing, availability, and delivery, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and new product offerings to effectively address customer questions.
