Job Title: Salesforce Developer (Full-Time, On-Site)
Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Salesforce Developer with a strong background in Salesforce Education Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud. The ideal candidate should also have experience in integrating Salesforce with other applications. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, customize, and maintain solutions on Salesforce platform using Salesforce Education Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Implement and configure Salesforce features including but not limited to Lightning components, workflows, and process automation.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications for Salesforce implementations.
- Design, develop, and deploy integrations between Salesforce and external systems (APIs, web services, third-party applications, etc.).
- Perform unit testing and assist with the overall system testing and troubleshooting.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in Salesforce development, including governance, security, and scalability.
- Continuously monitor and optimize the performance of existing Salesforce applications.
- Stay up-to-date with new Salesforce features, releases, and best practices, particularly in the Education Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud domains.
Required Skills:
- 5-6 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce platform, including Education Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, custom development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components), and declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder, etc.).
- Proven experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and middleware platforms.
- Proficiency in integrating Salesforce with external applications and databases.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Familiarity with Salesforce automation tools like Process Builder, Flow, and Apex.
- Understanding of data migration tools (Data Loader, Dataloader.io, etc.) and techniques.
- Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, or any specific cloud-related certification.
- Experience working in an agile environment.
- Knowledge of industry-specific solutions or customizations in Education, Marketing, or Experience Cloud.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
