**Job Description:**
As a Sales Representative for our school transport tracking software, you will be responsible for promoting our solutions to schools, districts, and educational organizations. Your role will involve engaging with decision-makers, understanding their transportation challenges, and demonstrating how our software can improve safety and operational efficiency.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Identify and target potential clients, including school districts, transportation coordinators, and administrative staff.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our software.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to overall team success.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Transportation Management, Education, or a related field (recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of school transportation systems and challenges.
