Handling government tenders with proven experience in equipment, and oil & gas sectors
Fluent in Arabic and English

Identify and pursue government tender opportunities, specifically within the equipment and oil & gas sectors.
Develop comprehensive proposals and bids that meet tender specifications and deadlines.
Foster strong relationships with government entities, oil & gas companies, and industry stakeholders.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to negotiate with government and private sector clients to secure contracts.
Stay updated on Kuwait’s government procurement laws and industry regulations.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate submission of tenders, proposals with compelling sales

presentations.

Submit the reports to management periodically.
Work with a pleasant outlook and use appropriate communication channels to connect with existing clients.
Present reports of potential prospects to the management for aiding critical business decisions.
Ensure achievement of all sales target and analyses all company objectives.
Create a systematic methodology for maintaining the accuracy and relevant information to facilitate the quick assessment of clients.
Ensure dynamic communication with clients through online and offline modes, thereby promoting company products and services.
Collaborating with the design, development, and executive teams to understand a product or a service for subsequent promotional activities.

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, marketing or a related field.
Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in government tenders and working in the equipment and oil & gas sectors.
Strong understanding of government regulations and compliance.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, communication skills.
Fluent in Arabic (mandatory) and proficient in English.
Visa 18 transferable
In-depth knowledge to convert leads into a final customer, thereby contributing to the company revenue.
Proficient in creating sales records, client interactions, and developing precise reports.
Ability to implement the 'customer first' approach by providing a personalized and convenient sales pitch.
Tremendous enthusiasm to efficiently achieve sales goals under tight deadlines.
Proven command on improving conversion rate through modern communication channels and impressive presentations.
Demonstrated ability to forge long-lasting work relationships by leveraging information, tactics, and excellent communication.
