Attends weekly meetings and is assigned Ministries, Government, or Public Related Institutions and Agencies to target, other general work, and provides Sales Supervisor an update on all accounts and their status as well as new marketing or P&S ideas
Works with Sales Supervisor to develop and work through individual and Team Strategy and Action Plans for effective search of sales leads, prospects & penetration of new markets, as well as to develop creative ideas and develop tailor made Bank P&S for each Ministry, Government, or Public Related Institution or and Agency, if possible
Identifies and prepares a list of potential new clients and sets appointments once approved
Follows Strategy Plan by contacting and developing relationships with assigned Institutions or Agencies and prepares Call Reports for each visit, updating the IT System
Visits existing and potential customers and presents the new and existing Bank P&S, getting feedback and suggestions if any
Creates key relationships in all Agencies assigned to facilitate current and future work
Generates new customers building customer relationships, cross sells relative Consumer Banking Products to new and existing customers, and provides the highest level of quality in customer service
Provides Sales Supervisor with Reports including Call Visits, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Reports of achievements, problems, customer feedback /suggestions, as well as new Product/Services pitches or presentations, Strategy and Plan of Action suggestions etc.
Manages the promotional kiosks (if any) which promote RBD’s P&S in different Agencies year round ensuring efficiency, familiarity with all Bank P&S, and effective marketing
Assists customers in completing new account forms or forms related to sales of P&S i.e. credit cards, loans etc., whether on site or at Branch locations
Manages customer service delivery and follows up to ensure that each customer’s requests are processed and products are being delivered
Seeks competitor information to proactively identify new sales opportunities
Responsible for the successful management and resolution of customer issues or problems
Sees to any additional request made by Division Head, Executive or Manager
Sells Bank products outside of the bank premises and understanding customers’ needs
Complies with Customer Protection Guide in line with Central Bank mandates
Complies with AML bank’s policy & procedures
Answers customers’ inquiries and informs them about new products, services & new promotion if any
